Women’s Locker Room

The Culver-Stockton College women’s locker room was renovated over the summer, and recently dedicated prior to the start of the 2019-2020 basketball season. Various organizations and individuals donated to the project to make this happen.

The women’s basketball team has also been raising money to get gear and sponsors.

Head Women’s Basketball Coach Janette Burgin was appreciative of the support. “ I’d like to thank everyone who has supported the woman’s program.  I’d also like to thank our donors for making this happen to make the new locker room seem like home. We wouldn’t be anything without your support and dedication to this program. My team and the volleyball team has a place to call home and we’re very excited”.

Basketball player Courtney Sailor (Sr., Exercise Science) agreed with her coach.  “It is incredibly exciting to have a space that’s OUR own. The last locker room worked, but there was nothing special about it. Coming in here now just makes things more exciting. Having more space and things like that will make for a great season!”

Newcomer Jada Summers (Fr. Nursing) was very impressed with the facilities.  “It looks great and very eye appealing. Makes me feel like I’m at home. It also gives me a place to go and bond with my teammates.”
