Culver-Stockton College has announced Senior Lecturer in Business Eric Larson has been awarded the Helsabeck Prize for Excellence in Teaching.

In a recent press release, Culver-Stockton College retiring president Dr. Kelly Thompson described Larson as someone who has “embraced the experiential philosophy of Culver-Stockton College’s curriculum by taking your past experiences as a businessman and entrepreneur and sharing your knowledge and educating the next wave of business hopefuls.”

Larson has taught at C-SC since 2011, having transitioned from the business world.  He is working toward completion of his doctorate in marketing.  Larson lives in Quincy, IL and received his bachelor’s and MBA from Quincy University.
